CoRe Racing Starts 2010 With A Bang!

27-Jan-2010 – The beginning of the 2010 season marks the largest single transaction expansion in CoRe Racing’s iRacing history. We are proud to introduce three new members into the team.

First up we have Timothy George, a 45 year old field service supervisor for the Schneider Electric company in Sanford, NC. Tim, as well as the other members in this expansion, bring to CoRe Racing something we have never seen in such a dominate proportion, and that is experience. His long history in the sport of online simulation racing stretches as far back as the mid 90s, using the NASCAR Racing 2 simulation software. Since, Tim has participated in just about every oval and road racing simulator you can possibly imagine. Currently, Tim is participating in the iRacing simulation and holds a Pro Oval and A Road class licenses. On a side note, Tim is an avid weightlifter and has participated in many body building events, so you better not piss him off…

Secondly there’s Trevor Hunt, a 29 year old business owner from Greenville, SC. Trevor’s extended simulation racing career also began in the mid 90s, using the same NASCAR Racing 2 simulation. After an extended break from racing to focus on school, Trevor is back, and maintains an A license in both the oval and road divisions in iRacing. Trevor is also a talented graphic and website design artist, and we look forward to seeing Trevor’s work on and off the track.

Last but not least we have Justin Kirby. Justin is a 28 year old from Oregon, WI. Currently, Justin is working for Cardinal Health, but plans on returning to college to obtain a degree in computer systems information. Justin, along with Trevor and Tim, has had an equally long career in simulation racing, ironically enough starting online simulation racing in the mid 90s as well. Even more ironically is the fact that he also started by playing the same NASCAR Racing 2 simulation. He now is currently running the iRacing simulation and maintains a Pro Oval and A Road class licenses.

As always, CoRe Racing is excited about its iRacing future with these ultra experienced simulation racing pros. Welcome to the team guys!
